Audio-Visual Request Form

Purpose:
This form is designed to assist the Media and Sound Engineering Departments in preparing for events that require audio and visual support. Please complete this form in advance of any event, such as music days, weddings, funerals, seminars, concerts, fellowship hall gatherings, small chapel services, or main sanctuary events.

Instructions:

  • Please submit this form at least two weeks prior to your event.
  • This form is required to determine the necessary equipment and setup, including microphones, speakers, visual displays, and other technical requirements.

Media Department Submissions

All videos, photos, and presentations should be sent directly to the Media Department.

  • Submit to: media@maranathamiami.com


Audio File Submissions and Special Requests

  • Audio Files: To help us prepare adequately, please provide the following details and submit to maranathamiamiav@gmail.com at least two days in advance, which is our preference:
    • Date of the event
    • Time of the event
    • Type of event (e.g., Sabbath service, AY program, wedding, funeral, special program)
  • Acceptable Audio Media:
    • CDs
    • YouTube links
    • MP3 files
    • Phones: We strongly discourage the use of phones to connect to our soundboard. This should only be a last resort.
  • Special Audio Accommodations: When submitting media, please notify us in advance if your audio track requires special accommodations, such as:
    • Empty starts
    • High/low playback adjustments
    • Fading in and out
    • Special cues
  • We will do our best to accommodate special requests such as stage setups, special microphones, and other audio needs. HOWEVER, LAST- MINUTE OR SAME-DAY REQUESTS MAY NOT BE FULFILLED.

  • To ensure a seamless and professional audio experience, PLEASE VISIT THE SOUND ENGINEERING OFFICE LOCATED ON THE BALCONY BEFORE GOING ON STAGE. This step is essential to confirm that your audio tracks have been successfully received and are ready for use.
